Combination Ticket 

includes a guided Tour of the New Palace, entry to the King Ludwig II museum and also to the Augustinian Monastery, which holds two art galleries, baroque halls and court kitchen.

Adults: 10 €
Reduced: 9 €

Ticket for the Augustinian Monastery Museum

includes the Exter Art Gallery and Chiemsee Artists’ Gallery.

Adults: 2,50 €
Reduced: 2 €

Reduced Rates: are available to groups of 15 people and more, senior citizens, students and disabled persons
Free admission: is given to children under 18 years of age, school children on showing school ID, as well as school classes accompanied by an adult

There is a € 10 reservation fee per booking. Credit card payments can only be accepted for payments of € 50 and more.
Reservations are possible for at least 15 persons.

Opening Hours of the New Palace

Visits are only possible through a guided tour.
(Closed on 24th, 25th & 31st December, 1st January and Shrove Tuesday)
27.03. – 23.10. 9.00 am – 6.00 pm – last tour is at 5.00 pm
English tours take place once/twice an hour
24.10. – 26.03. 9.40 am – 16.15 pm – last tour is at 4:00 pm

Guided tours till April: 10.55 am, 12.55 am
From April every hour, the first one is at 11.30 am
the walk from the pier to the New Palace takes roughly 15 – 20 minutes.

Fountains

From the beginning of May until 3^rd October

We do not provide guided tours of the museum. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. Please note that admission to the museums is valid for 6 months, if the ticket is not cancelled on the day of purchase

Important – Please note that bulky items, such as backpacks, baby carriers, hiking sticks, umbrellas, food and drink, animals and photography are not permitted inside the Palace rooms. A limited amount of coin-operated lockers are available for use (they require 1 € or 2€ refundable deposit).

For safety reasons cycling, skateboarding and rollerblading is not permitted on the island. Please leave bicycles in the bike shed behind the cash desks at the pier. Pilotless aircrafts (drones) are not permitted.
